Enesco octagonal wood music box and jewelry box. Features a printed image on the lid of a woman reading, in the style of Jean-Honoré Fragonard's 'A Young Girl Reading'. The exterior is finished with cream and gold-toned paint and decorative motifs. Interior is lined with red velvet and includes a removable divided tray. Shows wear to the finish, surface abrasions, and loss to the lid image. Made in Japan.
