Glass bottle in the shape of a maple leaf, filled with a dark amber liquid, likely maple syrup. Features embossed leaf vein details on both sides. The base is embossed with '500ml', 'US PAT D473139', and other production marks. The bottle is sealed with a gold-tone foil wrap over a green plastic screw cap. Foil shows some tearing at the top.
