SMS handcarved block meerschaum pipe, Turkey. Features a detailed carved bust of a bearded man wearing a Tyrolean-style hat. Fitted with a marbled amber-colored stem. Includes original fitted leatherette case with SMS maker's label. Shows light interior charring from use, otherwise in good condition.
