Mechanical toy featuring a celluloid boy riding a tinplate tricycle. Figure has a red hat, painted features, and fabric polka dot pants. Tricycle is painted green with blue and red wheels, marked "MADE IN JAPAN" and "PAT.". Shows wear, dents to celluloid head, broken right hand, missing wind-up key, and fabric fraying.
