Original watercolor painting of resting polar bears, signed "M. Vance" and dated 2/8/83. Housed in a gold-toned frame with a brown mat. Frame measures 19x22.5". Condition: Artwork appears good; mat shows noticeable water staining on the left edge. Frame exhibits wear and chipping. Backing paper is torn.
