Two sets of silver-tone pens in original presentation boxes marked "PRESIDENTIAL" with an eagle crest. Each box holds two pens featuring black grips and textured bands. Per user, one works well, one works poorly, and two do not work; all may need new ink. Boxes show minor wear and staining.
